Dr. Mark
began his academic pursuits at California
State University Northridge, (CSUN). Dr. Mark spent 5 years
in full time study at the university completing all the necessary

of Kinesiology. He studied biomechanics and kinesiology at an
advanced level. These 2 subjects provide detailed study of how the
muscles and joints of the body move during sport and daily life.
Biomechanics is useful in analyzing athletic performance. By studying
an athletes' form during a sporting activity, we can advise athletes
in the best way to perform a task with the most speed and power.
Videotape of the athlete is usually analyzed at several different
angles to make an analysis. Having a good understanding of kinesiology
and biomechanics is also useful in advising both athletes and regular
people how to use there bodies in the safest way possible to avoid
injuries. Dr. Mark studied biomechanics further as part of his studies
at Chiropractic College.
Dr. Mark

Dr. Mark feels that nutritional counseling is often one of the most
important aspects of helping patients get well. Most people do not
realize that nutrition is taught extensively during chiropractic
training. Nutrition is one area where most medical doctors are not
educated about. Most medical schools teach less than 20 hours of
clinical nutrition. It is still quite rare to find a medical doctor
who spends any time with nutritional counseling.
Dr. Mark
pursued his training in chiropractic at Los
Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC). LACC
is one of the most respected chiropractic colleges in the United
States. Dr. Mark learned a wide variety of chiropractic techniques
at the college including Diversified, Gonstead, Cox Flexion Distraction,
Nimmo, and Blair Upper Cervical Specific Toggle technique. Dr. Mark

the use of ultrasound, electrical stimulation, hot and cold therapy,
